BioConstruct´s services do not end with construction completion of the AD plant. We are happy to provide you with a single source all in one concept, beginning with construction and design, including commissioning and if you want to, we are happy to offer integrated solution concepts ranging from service and spare parts supply up to a full operation and maintenance contract, ensuring maximising the output of your asset for you.
Construction
We are flexible:
Do you prefer us acting as the technology provider? Do you have experience in construction and projects of such or similar scope? We are more than happy to provide the relevant technology as the biogas specialist and to install, integrate, commission & ramp up the digester facility; positioning ourselves as subcontractor of an EPC Contractor you name to us or acting as a directly engaged subcontractor.
Would you rather like everything from a single source? Without interface and cost risks? Then we are just the right experienced plant construction firm and EPC contractor you are looking for. We will provide you with the entire facility, starting with earthwork and infrastructure and going right up to the successful performance test run underlined with clear and transparent performance warrantees. We have already supplied more than 230 turn-key projects with investment sums ranging between $ 3 million up to more than $ 35 million – this is the kind of experience BioConstruct can offer you!
After sales service
Only through regular maintenance and servicing of all plant components you will be protected against revenue-outages due to idle- and downtimes. With our individual maintenance contracts and customised maintenance plans and intervals you are well prepared! In an emergency our technical service is available to you around the clock.
Operation
In particular when it comes to biogas plants, which involve several stakeholders and involved parties, the "human factor" is crucial to economic success. Thanks to more than fifteen years of experience in plant operation within our group, we are now successfully operating more than twenty-five projects at home and abroad. In the industrial sector in particular, even more complex contractual interdependencies, rules & laws and directives are demanding a level of understanding and experience of the plant managers! We will be happy to help you to train your staff, provide plant management systems, take care of your plant or do it for you entirely!
